It is with pleasure that we welcome you to our guest house of charm and character. Our elegant rooms each have a private bathroom with separate toilet. Whether you arrive with your family or simply as a couple, you are welcome in our beautiful Alcôve Marine.
For the comfort and tranquility of all, we regret that we cannot accommodate animals in the rooms.
Our pets friends 🐾 are therefore not accepted.
Our accommodation is completely non-smoking 🚭.
Our rooms are not suitable for meals. For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to eat in the bedrooms.
We will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We also offer the privatization of the guest room part on the ground floor of our house, with its cozy living room, its two elegant bedrooms equipped with bathroom and its pretty private patio. We will be delighted to offer you the possibility of organizing your stay with family or friends by combining the conviviality of a bed and breakfast with a serene moment to share with your loved ones.
We inform you that the minimum stay is2 nights.Please contact us for any request.
RESERVATIONS relating to covid-19 : We offer more flexibility to our customers regarding the modification of dates of stay. Despite our efforts to respond quickly to your expectations, we encounter difficulties in updating our reservation calendar. We invite you to contact us by phone or email for any information on the availability of our guest rooms.

RATES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The rates shown include the night with homemade breakfast for 1 or 2 people.
Additional people
A supplement of 25 € per night will be requested for an additional extra bed.
A reduction of 10€ will be applied for children under 12 years old.
Free for children under 2 years old.
Tourist tax for all reservations between July 1 and September 30 inclusive: €0.50 per person and per night
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then reserves it for the public treasury. This tax amounts to €0.50 per person and per night for stays between July 1 and September 30 inclusive.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We accept payment by French bank check, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers and cash.
We regret that we cannot accept credit cards.

All our rooms have a bathroom and toilet. They are equipped with reversible air conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection, hair dryer, organic soap, bed linen and towels.
Possibility to rent beach towels (5€/towel)
ACCESSIBILITY
Our accommodation is not suitable for all people with reduced mobility.
However, the guest room is located on the ground floor of our house. This whole part on one level is easily accessible for certain people with reduced mobility. We are particularly sensitive to the reception and care of our guests who have difficulty moving around or communicating.
It is important for us to know your handicap before your reservation.If it is possible for us to accommodate you, we will do our best to accompany you and to meet your daily needs to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
In addition, to facilitate the reception of certain persons with reduced mobility, we have additional toilets on one level in the entrance hall. These toilets are outside the rooms but remain private for travelers who have some difficulty climbing stairs.
We accept guide dogs.
